Here is my book called The Set Theory of Universally Baire Sets of Reals Before Woodin Cardinals: An Introduction.

This book is available for free download and can be used for a second course on set theory, independent study, and as a general reference.

We deal with the part of set theory which involves universally Baire sets of reals as they relate to inner models and large cardinals. This book is a compilation of facts about this field of study. An example of a result in this area is that every Sigma^1_2 set of reals is universally Baire iff every set has a sharp.
