Because this is a mod for the base package, it can be used
by the xar package also.
You install this mod to the Input/Packages folder
of Fractal Block World.
The base txt box marked as read mod

makes text boxes yellow until you have read them for the first time.
Also if you right click on a text box, it becomes yellow.
This is a mod for the base package because text boxes are part
of the base package.
